I'm showing the stats both with the CON runes and without, since they're a bit difficult to find. I'd build it the pre-CON way first, and refine out SPI if/when the appropriate low CON runes are found.
Startup:
Drop all points from everything, bring CON to 40
Take Warlord's Page, Healthy as an Ox, Tough as Nails (in that order)

A note on playing this character:
Your job is to drop Hedge of Thorns on the enemy group repeatedly, ensuring that they remain snared. Your second job is to heal your group - most of the time this should be done with regrowth on whoever you see being targetted. Against an enemy with melee, you should be behind our group and on the outskirts, tossing in hedges and regrowths. Don't use call lightning until all important enemy targets are down (healers and support classes), unless you're in a stack fight - we don't want the stun immunity.
