Irekei Priest
By: Tarren
Priests in this charter will be played more as heal priests than they have in the past, and the group in general will not be run in the same cluster as it has before. Priests should be able to focus less on group healing against most groups and more on single healing, they should also be able to cover individual toons for dispels on stuns, snares etc. Basically priests in most engagements should be staying generally behind the group healing whoever's targetted and watching to ensure that it's not stunned or snared.
Since assassins will be responsible for stunning targets, priests will not need to divide their attention as much between finding offensive targets and identifying the opposing group's target to heal it. Priest players should focus on their healing role almost exclusively until either the assassin player says they're incapacitated or someone says specifically that a target needs a stun in vent, in which case the priest should find the target to stun it.
Against single target damage groups, the priests should be able to stay in the back. Since you don't need to find targets as much, you won't need to be close to the fight. You should also be more quicker with single target healing. Targets can be identified by their health in the group window, like always, but you should also watch them when they kite back out of the group toward you and ensure that they're not stunned, snared or rooted.
I've dropped commander on the priests to pick up sanctifier - you can break stuns with your dispel. If you need a group stunbreak then you should stunbreak the bard first. With two priests, one should often be able to pull away enough to summon and sanctify. We'll be using group chat to organize summon/santify midfight.

Elf Heal Priest
By: Soulein
This is far from a wonderful priest build - elves don't make very great healer priests..... but her healing output is second to none. There is no room for buffs.
Take Warlord's Page and Healthy as an Ox to start
Boost yourself with a +30 Heoric Int rune
And stack con runes until you get a +25 con rune
This will give you at lvl 70
str 30
dex 40
con 110
int 150
spi 87
Hammer to 39% for a gilded scepter
Benediction to 69% for summons
Restoration 90 trains
Theurgy to 100%
Medium Armor to 100%
Block to 100%
Blessed Mending 40 trains
Blessed Alacrity 40 trains
Blessed Purity 40 trains
Prayer of Mending 40 trains
Divine Recovery 40 trains
Sacred Healing 1 train
Sacred Rejuvenation 16 trains
Sanction 40 trains
Benediction of Rejuvenation 30 trains
Psalm of Sanction 1 train
Prayer of Recovery 30 trains
You'll want to have a scepter with + int and mana recovery, or + spi and mana recovery
Jewelry should include a charmed of genius necklace
Rings can be +10 int with a +30 resist to something
Use +30/+15 resist shields depending on our enemy
You'll want elven chain with +4/+4 resists and +health or +def
Your def will not be very high on this character - you'll be in offensive stance for better heals - single target HoT with an int buff does 280 per tick, and GHoT does 290-300 per tick. Group heal does between 500-700. Your stun atr will not be too high - about 1100 with a +atr scepter - but it is enough to stun most barbs or warriors coming for you. Rogue typically can't do enough damage to me to be a worry unless they are all focusing fire.
The healing output is great, and the group stam heal is excellent for a group of elves in a long battle. You'll have to get used to people asking you for buffs and telling them you don't have any.
After playing this for some time, with the increased efficiency people have been able to coax out of melee characters, it would be better perhaps to drop the MR and alacrity buffs and instead rank up the percent heal and group percent heal.

The dwarf priest achieves higher resistance, hit points, and healing damage than the aelfborn. Basically it's a no-brainer to go dwarf on an immobile priest. In bane/stack situations, immobility is fine and a dwarf shines. In the open field in smaller scale melee groups, the aelfborn's snare immunity becomes more valuable.
